I think this is the worst job I’ve ever worked. My mental health has severely deteriorated working here. And it’s not even the customers. It’s management. They nitpick everything. You can’t even leave your desk, in your own house. Calls are back to back. QA docks you for the smallest thing. We started with 12 people in my training class. After the first week of being on the floor it’s only four of us left. This is a job that you take when you just need something quick. Definitely do not stay here long. At all.
