Pros

The pay is decent here

Cons

I never leave reviews for a job company, but hopefully this will help anyone that’s considering applying. Please don’t have high hopes for this company because you will be let down! They made everything sound very good from the first interview to the beginning of being in production on your own. Everyone is crooked from the trainers to management..The trainers were caught MULTIPLE times speaking badly on certain individuals throughout training, without any proper disciplinary actions. If you have kids this job is not for you, if you get sick this job is not for you, and if you have uncontrollable emergencies that you have to handle then this job is not for you, because you will be fired for missing days! The turnover rate is extremely high, because they do not care about their employees! Multiple people have been fired without any proper notice or warnings. Who wants to go to work everyday wondering if it will be their last without any back up plans! Please be smart and skip this company.

Pros

Pay is decent for a customer service job but don’t expect to be there long.

Cons

Extremely shady. Terrible management. Use and throw away employees. Micromanaging and extremely unrealistic expectations and requirements. Reps are held accountable for things out of their control. Late break because of a longer call?.. goes against your “schedule adherence”… now hearing they hire for peak season and then layoff right after. Unhelpful management.. never can get responses in a reasonable amount of time. Want to ask a question to confirm what you think the answer is?… better prepare yourself to be spoken to like you’re the dumbest idiot on the planet. Supervisors give contradicting instructions to each other. No one is ever on the same page and you’ll get dinged for mistakes that were never stressed as being important during training.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to review our company. We are deeply saddened to hear this and we would like to take a moment to share some more clarifying information. While we provide several breaks in the day, any time spent in access away from one’s desk can warrant a conversation providing more clarity and understanding. While we are mindful of time spent away from an individual’s desk, we would never take issue with a restroom break. We care deeply about our employee’s wellbeing and are always willing to work as a team to find the right solutions. Thank you again for your feedback we greatly appreciate it.
