Pros
I have been in Medicare for a little over three years now the first two being an agent in a call center with a different company. Although I was also considered"1099 agent" there I still had to report to a office M-F, 30min lunch and request to leave early or if I needed time off. Here at Assurance IQ you're really a 1099 agent meaning you are truly your own boss and control your schedule clocking on and off as you please. On top of the freedom of working remotely, the leads are provided for you all inbound calls with a warm guided transfer rep on the other line introducing you to the customer which are 100x better then what I experienced at my old company. For newer agents looking for a company to start at or senior agents looking to make a change I highly recommend Assurance IQ. They offer multiple outlets for help and assistance from a two week training course with medicare specialist, as well as everyone gets assigned a team leader (senior agent) too goto if you ever have questions and even a live Help Desk chat with a whole team there too assist you within minutes if you need help. For the newer agents the dialer/ operating system Assurance IQ has makes it super easy to learn with a step by step plates to guide you through the sale from start to finish. Last but not least a very strong pay plan on top of bonuses and everything else I mention Assurance IQ in my opinion falls second to none.
Cons
My only con would be for me personally not knowing about Assurance IQ sooner and wasting two years with another company. Do not make the same mistake I did.
