      independent and exciting work, friendly environment, health benefits, reasonable operating hours

      Cons

      if you're not a car nut (or, better yet, a BMW nut), this company is not for you. no off-street parking.

      Pros

      Small group of employees who are passionate about BMW's. Owners value their employees and their opinions. Hard work is rewarded. Free lunch everyday is a great bonus on top of the health care benefits and paid holidays. Really a cool place to work if you love cars.

      Cons

      Always busy. Especially on Mondays.
