Pros

The company has many dedicated employees between 5 years - 35 years for long term employment. This is stable for long term career. Every year the company consistently make sure to review the employee performance. The management is too busy to score the production output, but the product quality index was poor!

Cons

The organisation is very slim and many company resources are very difficult to examine the site in specially when the problem arisen and need to encounter immediately. The management expectations are too high and not realistic in specially the projects to be completed for bonus performance is carried by employee on top of daily routine or in other words the daily routine performance is not considered as part of bonus performance. Don't expect to score 100% or you may sacrifice life-work balance. Ideally, the company is not conducive for young family with kids as it was very difficult to maintain balance work-family.

Pros

Some of if not most people are friendly and supportive. Okay-ish benefits. Slightly better than the average I would say. Flexible hours for flex40 and salary people. In my particular case, they are very flexible when it comes to doctor appointments and kids' activities.

Cons

Emotional and mental damage from a toxic environment. Gossip galore and everyone is eager to point fingers or say "not my job". Managers who literally yell and curse at employees. Everyone is overworked and underappreciated. Sexism runs rampant. Communication between mangers, departments, and floor operators is non-existent. FAVORITISM EVERYWHERE! Certain people are treated differently because they are "in" with the right people in management. No one is treated equally. The machinery on the floor is old and falling apart.
