Pros
The starting salary is great for a recent college graduate and you get to help families that really needed the services for their child/children.
Cons
The management micromanages your every move, you are given a monthly unit quota that at first is manageable but during your last months of orientation are extremely ridiculous, you aren't appreciated as an employee and have no one in a supporting position to turn to for help. Managing the families, and all the deadlines that come with the case, is extremely overwhelming. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
