Central office leadership is horribly corrupt, lying to employees and the Board, fires whistleblowers as a matter of course, protects the high-ranking perpetrators, and then has to pay out hundreds of thousands in settlements. To mitigate these payments, entire projects have been liquidated while new exec staff is brought on far above any previous pay scale and rank n file staff is denied not just raises but even the annual COLA built into every budget but kept for personal use by exec staff. Flagrantly illegal behavior by senior staff in virtually all areas. Leadership is blatantly inept, corrupt and dishonest. The most corrupt HR Dept I've encountered in 25 years in the workforce...they cannot survive

The management micromanages your every move, you are given a monthly unit quota that at first is manageable but during your last months of orientation are extremely ridiculous, you aren't appreciated as an employee and have no one in a supporting position to turn to for help. Managing the families, and all the deadlines that come with the case, is extremely overwhelming. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
