Cons
- Tremendous instability due to lack of clarity on the future of department/programs - Possibly illegal mismanagement and mixing of federal funding - New CEO (Lisa David) is two faced. Says the organization is doing well but has axed entire programs and departments to pad her own 350k/year+ pockets - Old managers being axed for questionable reasons and new managers being brought on at a higher pay scale but poorly equipped to listen/solve problems - Hiring has slowed and is subject to scrutiny - Appears open to feedback but formal channels are a sham to silence dissent
