Pros

Not many pros except flexible scheduling. Then they make days mandatory on the weekends when they over book parties. They hire anyone who walks in because they can't keep staff that is actually trained.

Cons

No benefits at all!! Hourly pay is horrible, terrible, eXtreme low. They cheat people on hours and tips. Management has no idea what they are doing, basic ally running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They serve raw chicken to customers because ovens don't work then blame it on the staff. 90% of the time the staff is set up for failure. The equipment is broken 90% of the time. The trucks malfunction and break on events. They keep everyone under 30 hours cause they don't want to pay benefits for anyone. They don't take care of the little people. They charge $30 and $35 and hour per staff member and pay the staff $12 or less. Tips are so rare because of what they charge the customers think the staff is paid that well. Their training is crap. Plus they make you buy your own uniform making it mandatory to purchase a $35 shirt... then they require you to purchase a white one a few weeks later.

Thank you for your comments. Our hiring practices are based on providing a fair opportunity for each candidate and as such we take into consideration previous experience and their ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. As is typical with part-time positions, we do not offer traditional benefits, however we have put in place a variety of employee centered initiatives including two employee appreciation days, recognition of the employee of the month, the Spotlight Award for the best performing department each quarter, the Token of Appreciation program where team members can earn a paid day off for exceeding expectations in their daily role, complimentary daily staff meal, and quarterly lunches with our CEO to celebrate each employee’s work anniversary, while providing a platform for feedback. We are proud of the accomplishments of our team and our ability to work together on exciting events that exceed our client’s expectations.

Pros

I've been working as a server at this catering company for over a year now, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. Management genuinely cares about the staff, frequently checking in to ensure we're supported during events. The events are always well-organized, and the company maintains high standards for service quality, which makes me proud to represent them. There's a great sense of teamwork here—everyone pitches in, supports each other, and genuinely enjoys their role. I've appreciated the flexibility in scheduling, which has made balancing work and personal life much easier. Another big plus is the feedback culture; management listens and takes our input seriously. I truly feel valued and respected here, which motivates me to perform at my best. I highly recommend this catering company to anyone looking for a positive, professional, and rewarding workplace!

Cons

I can't think of many cons. All around it is a great place to work.

Pros

You get to work cool venues sometimes

Cons

Managers will keep your tips, and bartenders do not get anything. They come around every hour and take your cash tips.
