Pros
There are smart people in pockets of the company who have a lot of energy and passion for what they do. If you have a good manager, your work/life balance will exist and your job can feel satisfying.
Cons
There are a lot of bad managers including in the highest levels of leadership. Your experience at the company will be completely diferent with a bad manager than the few good ones. People are afraid to speak up to these managers and so projects deliver bad results simply to meet a deadline rather than a good outcome. What edge PSE had to recruit people was allowing remote work from anywhere in WA which is now gone with an RTO policy. We are losing good people because of this switch in policy and it will be hard to gain new ones.
