Pros
I've been at PulseCX for about 2 years now, and have never been anywhere that put such a positive emphasis on culture and leadership at every level. From the culture perspective, not only are there a lot of fun company get-togethers and friendly cooking competitions, but also a day-to-day atmosphere of positive reinforcement and encouragement. Achievements of all kinds are met with cheers, and when something doesn't go as planned, the response is to calmly assess what could have been better and then work to make that improvement for next time. The executive team lives out this culture so everyone sees it. And they also actively seek opportunities for people at every level to be leaders, regardless of title or whether they manage others. If you are looking for a place where you can grow your leadership skills while working with dynamic and committed talent across every department, it's a great place to work.
Cons
Like any agency, or any company where you work with clients, it can be demanding of your time and energy. When deliverables are due, they're due, and they need to be excellent. That means sometimes working long days or weekends to get things done.
