Pros

I made many friends there. However, please consider this a warning. I write this review on behalf of many many talented, smart, overworked, under-appreciated co-workers who deserved better and who were either pushed out or laid off. Their business model is over-hire and readily fire. Their HR person is mostly to blame, though upper management does not help the situation.

Cons

If you like the following, you will like this company (formerly known as Roska): - smoking/smoke infused co-workers - working 55/60 hrs/wk - the color burgundy - going to work in an industrial park - watching talented co-worker after co-worker get walked to the door - shallow culture constantly being re-defined

Truly going downhill

Pros

The culture is good - nice parties, dogs at work. Don't believe any other pros, they are written here because management insisted employees contribute positive reviews.

Cons

Picture a ship with four captains who have no idea what they're doing trying to drive the ship in different directions. Things have changed for the worse at PulseCX. Talented, wonderful, passionate employees shown the door because they dare disagree with management and voice an opinion. This place used to be great. Now, you're losing all your good guys (and your clients) and keeping all your lackeys. There's a reason.

Pulse CX is still just Roska--a place to avoid

Pros

not much. Many of the people are nice, but don't get close to them, they won't be there long

Cons

CEO and president are both slimy and phony (the fact that CEO submitted a review here says it all). Creative department are all no-talent hacks, starting with creative director. Sweat shop, plus revolving door. Huge layoffs followed immediately by massive hiring, followed by lies to employees. Or foks see for themselves and escape before it's too late. They start losing an account the moment they win it.
