Pros

I made many friends there. However, please consider this a warning. I write this review on behalf of many many talented, smart, overworked, under-appreciated co-workers who deserved better and who were either pushed out or laid off. Their business model is over-hire and readily fire. Their HR person is mostly to blame, though upper management does not help the situation.

Cons

If you like the following, you will like this company (formerly known as Roska): - smoking/smoke infused co-workers - working 55/60 hrs/wk - the color burgundy - going to work in an industrial park - watching talented co-worker after co-worker get walked to the door - shallow culture constantly being re-defined

Pros

Great management, really talented and dedicated leaders. Lots of opportunity for less experienced employees to shine.

Cons

Suburban location means long commutes for most workers

Pros

I've had 3 corporate jobs as a director or higher from small to large companies, one being international. They were all very stressful with little reward but I stuck with it because, hey, I was getting great experience right? I didn't know there could be another way until I came to PulseCX. Working at a smaller agency has been great! 90%+ of the time, life outside of work is respected. Of course there's a rare instance of a fire drill but it really is RARE! At other places, there were "rush/work till 8pm or later" jobs 2-3 times a week. The people here are all awesome. PulseCX makes sure they hire people with great talent and great personality. I can't think of one person here that I don't like working with. The workplace is also great! Everything has been updated recently and feels very comfortable. Why wouldn't you want to work on some comfy couches by a large window or even a swing? The best thing is the employees are well respected by upper management and everyone's opinion matters. I can't say I've seen too much of that anywhere else. Oh and also, you can bring your dog to work. :-)

Cons

For some, the fact that it's in Montgomeryville, PA might be a turn-off for those who like working in the city; however, I do NOT miss that train ride with Septa!
