Pros
I totally understand my role- to bill, make money for myself and the company. Having worked in a few firms, i think the infrastructure and support is as good as i've seen. Not perfect but then nothing is. The onboarding and ops team is very slick, as are most processes. The culture is collaborative and people will go out of their way to facilitate introductions. Big push for x-sell which i totally get in terms of client leverage. refreshingly honest approach from management team which i'd much prefer to some of the cloak and daggers i've seen but candour won't be for everyone.
Cons
not many that i can see but the internal drumbeat may not be for everyone. It's def less flexible than what i'm used to or have seen but i signed up for that, so no complaints
