Pros

Paid weekly, new building, allows you to look for other work

Cons

There is constant turnover with staff and management, poor organization, not stable so it isn't a place you can have a career with, no raises, too much drama. If you are looking for job security, this is not the place for you. I have to admit that this is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Business is family owned so too many decisions being made from personal preferences instead of sound business practices.

Pros

The weekly Friday pay schedule was one of the few consistent positives.

Cons

If I could give them a 0, I would!. My experience at this company was extremely challenging due to ongoing issues with structure, communication, workload, and workplace culture. The environment felt highly reactive, with constantly shifting priorities, unclear expectations, and unrealistic timelines that made it difficult to consistently produce quality work. Communication from management was limited and often inconsistent, and meaningful feedback was rarely provided outside of annual reviews. There was also a strong culture of gossip that negatively impacted trust across teams. In addition, I personally experienced and observed behavior from leadership that felt disrespectful, exclusionary, and lacking inclusivity, which contributed to an uncomfortable work environment. (Highly toxic environment) Despite taking on significant responsibility and frequently handling urgent, last-minute work, recognition and compensation did not reflect the level of work being expected. Overall, the environment took a serious toll on employee well-being and made long-term growth and sustainability difficult.
