Pros

Flexibility to work from home

Cons

When I tell stories of the things that happened while working here, people’s mouths literally drop. This place makes Horrible Bosses look like a documentary. The only positive thing you’ll get out of working here is jaw-dropping stories to tell your friends and family. Otherwise, if you care at all about your mental health and career trajectory, stay far away from the marketing department. The person in charge is the most manipulative, self-serving and condescending person I have ever worked for. Even if she had the desire to manage and lead her team, she has no ability to do it. Stay far away. It’s just not worth it.

Pros

The weekly Friday pay schedule was one of the few consistent positives.

Cons

If I could give them a 0, I would!. My experience at this company was extremely challenging due to ongoing issues with structure, communication, workload, and workplace culture. The environment felt highly reactive, with constantly shifting priorities, unclear expectations, and unrealistic timelines that made it difficult to consistently produce quality work. Communication from management was limited and often inconsistent, and meaningful feedback was rarely provided outside of annual reviews. There was also a strong culture of gossip that negatively impacted trust across teams. In addition, I personally experienced and observed behavior from leadership that felt disrespectful, exclusionary, and lacking inclusivity, which contributed to an uncomfortable work environment. (Highly toxic environment) Despite taking on significant responsibility and frequently handling urgent, last-minute work, recognition and compensation did not reflect the level of work being expected. Overall, the environment took a serious toll on employee well-being and made long-term growth and sustainability difficult.
