- Customer demands and expectations can be challenging - We must sometimes be reactive when dealing with rapidly changing business conditions that we can’t control (for example, whether or not an OEM has a program that gives their dealers extra money to advertise) - At times, things can be chaotic (see above), which is fairly typical for a small company in this industry that likes to move quickly.
