      - positive atmosphere - huge opportunity to learn about the business and gain experience - often a blank page for creative solutions - plenty of autonomy to work/manage how you think best - highly competent team across the business - strong culture & set of values - remote first working

      Cons

      - sometimes org direction was not clearly communicated or delivered throughout teams - relatively high staff turnover - limited investment/resource/ambition in certain departments versus others - limited growth opportunities in certain roles
