Good Business Idea/ concept Business Model is long term venture if handled efficiently

Cons

Salary not on time, Owner is more inclined towards money, never gives back retention bonus per contract, have lost major clients. Not at all trust worthy. Company is solely running on owner and wife under the guidance of elder brother who is already a Doctor

Absolutely None, worst company, worst ceo, small company mentality

Cons

They wont pay you anything and expect you to work 14+ hours a day remotely, no benifits, work life balace
