If you are interviewing here, please be very aware and do your research. Toxic company with below-market pay. I liked it when I first started, but the culture has gone way downhill. Leadership makes hiring decisions based on personal relationships rather than merit, and concerns raised by employees get dismissed instead of addressed. Even for double the salary I wouldn't come back. I hope they figure out what's driving the toxicity, because there are good people there who deserve better. There is only one common denominator when things continue to go downhill, and there is no amount of money I would accept to work for them again. FYI - you'll be working with somebody who has been convicted of assault (this is publicly available information online) , got an approved leave to go to jail, and came back and was promoted.
