      Mature software development process. Open to innovative ideas for implementation/design. Lots of room to grow. Always awesome x-mas party

      Cons

      Look forward to the end of the Covid19 era and coming back to the office. Absolutely miss the office vibe.

      Pros

      Leadership team is great at involving employees in the decisions. Your opinion and experience is valued at the company. I worked at other companies that never share business details. At Push, they are transparent at keeping the team updated on KPI's on a weekly basis. Also, it's fun to work with smart people... culture is accepting and fun.

      Cons

      Have to be adaptable as it's a growing company. Communication between other departments for product release is not as tight when new products are being released.
