      Working for Q Hotel Management has provided me with the opportunity to experience what truly working with my owners and upper-level management is all about. Not only have they shown a willingness to provide what knowledge they have in the industry, but they have been open and considerate of any ideas and knowledge that I can provide as well. This has certainly been a comfortable working environment for me.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. I have always felt comfortable with bringing any concerns to upper management and clarifying things immediately.

      Salary is good because they need to pay higher than normal to get people to put up with their unreasonable demands

      Cons

      Abusive and condescending. Deceptive contract and deceptive bonus structure. Toxic upper management and owners.
