      Pros

      Working for Q Hotel Management has provided me with the opportunity to experience what truly working with my owners and upper-level management is all about. Not only have they shown a willingness to provide what knowledge they have in the industry, but they have been open and considerate of any ideas and knowledge that I can provide as well. This has certainly been a comfortable working environment for me.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. I have always felt comfortable with bringing any concerns to upper management and clarifying things immediately.

      Constant beratement, unreasonable expectations. Unethical and illegal labor practices on hourly employee time cards
