Pros
- culture & values: everyone has a voice, good team dynamics, smooth onboarding - training: new products & presentation deck properly introduced to sales team & quarterly internal sales training - good when AE has 1:1 BDR support but not always the case - remote role, requiring minimal in-office presence
Cons
- continuous leadership changes from C-suite & sales leadership - downsizing due to weaker economy and private equity takeover - existing AE's benefit from larger territory as other AE's are laid off or transitioned into other roles - cutback on Sandler Sales Training Program - commissions are significantly less attractive after P/E takeover & ongoing management changes
