8yWe are sorry to read that your experience at Q4 has changed. I hope that you give us the opportunity to work with you to address some of your concerns.
The company has gone through a transition, as most companies do, however we are very committed to providing and building a great place to work. We invite your ideas to help us build better programs or create new opportunities for better employee engagement. Career growth is absolutely important and achievable--it does however come in may shapes and forms. The best part is that we are focused on developing opportunities, because we know that we have a talented group of people.
