- Lots of potential - Great people - Support & willingness to evolve the business and service offerings - Sr. Leadership is top notch - Compensation is fair or better Since joining Q9, I have seen a lot of positive change and the addition of many new, bright employees. The bones of a strong organization are here, we just need to put some meat on them bones.

- Historical lack of organizational development Some staff have had their challenges adapting to the new direction and cultural changes.
