Not rewarding place to work - Anonymous employee QA Employee Review

Firstly I would like to apologise for my late reply to this review. Glassdoor monitoring is something that I am committed to proactively managing on a fortnightly basis from now on so future reviewers will not have to wait such a long time for a formal response. I can see you have not had the best experience with us and this makes me frustrated for you. It looks like you liked the team you were in and the people around you (good news) but that we failed to meet your expectations in regard to other aspects of the role.
