Pros
The bursary is helpful to fully focus on the training. Potential to upskill, transfer into different technologies. Training material is of high standard and up to date.
Cons
Doesn't matter how hard you work during training, you are not marked on merit, they will try and shove you into whichever deployment they can get you in. If they can't fit you into a deployment, they will drop you. Poor communication throughout company structure.
