Our recognition scheme allows everyone in QA to give feedback and gives us the chance to celebrate more people than ever before. It allows peer to peer feedback as well as recognition from multiple levels across the business - we get hundreds of feedback comments every month and it is great to see so many people recognising their peers. This scheme allows us to share achievements as a group and is inclusive of everyone at QA, something that is really important to us.
