Can't seem to appreciate or recognise achievements unless you are on management level, you just feel as if you are a number printing cash for them.

Our recognition scheme allows everyone in QA to give feedback and gives us the chance to celebrate more people than ever before. It allows peer to peer feedback as well as recognition from multiple levels across the business - we get hundreds of feedback comments every month and it is great to see so many people recognising their peers. This scheme allows us to share achievements as a group and is inclusive of everyone at QA, something that is really important to us. Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
