Pros
There are some amazing people working at QBE and I really am not sure why they stay but it's fantastic to have their support when you're all treated so badly.
Cons
QBE deserves to be investigated. What I learnt very quickly on, the spiel of "we care about our people" comes from top down and it's laid on thick but it's absolutely not the truth. You are treated like a number on a spreadsheet. There are changes constantly to management, reporting lines and business structures. The wrong people with the bad attitudes on the biggest power trips are being promoted fueling the workplace toxicity. Reports of workplace bullying are ignored (looking at you HR) and the bullies get away with murder. This was the worst company I have ever worked for. They do not practice anything they preach. Massive turnover in staff for a reason! Read the room QBE - stop promoting the bullies.
