Delayed wage increases again - Product Development QIAGEN Employee Review

Recently reduced flexible working availability. Notified that wage increases will be implemented from July rather than from April when cost of living at this location is extremely high and this is the second time this has happened in 3 years. especially hard for more junior members of staff with some being paid not much more than minimum wage despite needing a university degree. All development programs are under resourced but we are expected to take on the strain and still deliver to un realistic timelines.
