Pros

Flexible (but flexibility decreasing). Seriously great products, perform better than the competition in most cases. The company has (or least used to have), a sense of ethics and focus on more than just the corporate dollar.

Cons

Poor management with next to zero responses to email or phone requests for almost anything that isn't a direct, immediate sale. No room for growth. High staff turnover at all levels, including senior management. Cost cutting, outsourcing and ineffective armchair decisions made by uninformed areas of the business have contributed to low morale and high loss of talent. Expect rough tines ahead.
