Pros

You can meet some great people at this company.

Cons

They no longer care about us employees! We used to feel so appreciated, but now it feels like all of our concerns get ignored. We are overworked, and they never say thank you. They put you down for not doing more to “help out the team”, but the more you do, the more they expect. Pretty soon you’re doing the job of 2 people and are they thankful? NO! Instead they yell at you for working overtime. But they won’t hire people to help with the extra tasks. They say there’s no money because of covid, but this was going on before covid! Employees don’t make enough and some are on government assistance or working multiple jobs just to make ends meet. Meanwhile, the president of the bank gets huge bonuses and paid golf trips. It’s obvious that when management changed hands, the employees who make it all possible stopped being important. Many of us are about to strike or quit!

Pros

If I need something to help me do my job, I know I can ask for help and get it. It's nice to feel supported.

Cons

For me, there are no cons.

Pros

I can't really think of any. I've worked at many banks, but in my almost 15 years of experience I have not worked at a more poorly managed institution.

Cons

The entire organization felt like a girls club. A bunch of menopausal women who were the popular girls in high school back in the day, but who are now all divorced alcoholics who take their misery out on their employees. Men are rarely, if ever promoted and make up on a small portion the retail team. There was open sexism there my entire tenure with managers openly talking about how they don't like to promote men and endless misandry. HR did nothing about this and I knew a number of people who complained, but they just swept things under the rug. When I left, they were beginning to get into diversity hiring and it was clear they hired based on skin color, sex, and sexuality over skill and many good employees were passed over for promotion so that pink haired lesbians or POCs dressed like thugs could be given a chance instead.
