Pros

401k matching. Okay PTO, wish it was vacation and sick days separately. Can make extra money with referrals sometimes

Cons

No opportunity to move up unless you are a "favorite" Management lacks communication and punishes you for not knowing things Sharing your wage gets you in trouble Pay could be so much better for the work we do Have to work 6 days a week

You can meet some great people at this company.

Cons

They no longer care about us employees! We used to feel so appreciated, but now it feels like all of our concerns get ignored. We are overworked, and they never say thank you. They put you down for not doing more to “help out the team”, but the more you do, the more they expect. Pretty soon you’re doing the job of 2 people and are they thankful? NO! Instead they yell at you for working overtime. But they won’t hire people to help with the extra tasks. They say there’s no money because of covid, but this was going on before covid! Employees don’t make enough and some are on government assistance or working multiple jobs just to make ends meet. Meanwhile, the president of the bank gets huge bonuses and paid golf trips. It’s obvious that when management changed hands, the employees who make it all possible stopped being important. Many of us are about to strike or quit!

Pay was okay, felt like it could have been better

Cons

- Poor management - Communication lacks - Lots of drama - Talked over on phone by management with customer on phone - Training is poor - Weekends - Ask for volunteers when other co workers call off, it is not our job to cover their shifts - Lots of miscommunications
