      Ample parking including handicap spots Cafe Goody bags Music Lockers

      Cons

      Management including head honchos Inconsistent work flow Zero sense of urgency Lack of sales Excessive hiring Incompetent management Favoritism Gossip No circulation within areas of warehouse Excessive amounts of dust everywhere including huge industrial ceiling fans that have never been cleaned Mold on/in ice machines Broken toilets Discrimination on internal hiring Equipment not properly maintained Policies not being followed by all team members High pitched alarms going off throughout shift and management not maintenance does nothing to fix it. Will let it go off for 30+minutes Inadequate lighting throughout entire warehouse

      Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

      Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
