Pros
+Fun virtual environment +New innovative teaching platform that is all done for you and mostly requires zero prep before class +Kids have been wonderful and LOVE to learn +In depth training and continued training throughout work +$16/hr base pay $1 bonus for good resting by students and another $1 bonus if teaching more then 8hrs a week.
Cons
- Good for supplemental income but unreliable since hours can vary depending on holidays and consumer needs - Independent contractor taxes can be difficult to understand -Sometimes you can get a bad rating by student or parent just because they didn't like you (which means you lose your bonus) - Technical difficulties (which they are understanding of but it stinks)
