Pros

Friday schedule is flexible, during Monday to Thursday you work 9hrs mandatory to work 4 hours on Fridays. They have good holiday activities.

Cons

Disrespectful CEO, unprofessional and enjoys belittling employees. There is no follow through from anyone in the management team. Lack of training, asking people questions or requesting information is as bad as not asking them. People will tell you "I had no training myself, so figure it out". CEO and other management will blame you for customer complaints that have nothing to do with you but with their lack of fixing things such as applications, services, systems, selling devices and services that do not do what they sell them as. Other engineers do not care much about your opinion and treat you as if you are ignorant, to them use your ideas and take credit. Always have excuses to not provide increases especially if you are not in their tier of favorites. A company that does not provide the resources for you to meet goals unless you complain endlessly. They are always talking bad about former employees and companies they have acquired. HR lacks confidentiality, actually, the entire company is in violation of HIPPA laws.

Pros

Great company to get real experience with cutting edge technologies. Not for everyone. If you planning just seat 9 to 5 it won’t work.

Cons

Interesting projects Cutting edge technologies Good and friendly environment Friendly teams

Pros

Company is trying really hard to grow.

Cons

I want to be candid from an engineering perspective while remaining fair. During my time evaluating Quake Global’s products, I observed that recent supply-chain shifts and tariff pressures appeared to impact component sourcing and overall product consistency. Much of the hardware is manufactured overseas, which may introduce variability in quality, lead times, and long-term support depending on vendor stability. From a technical standpoint, the solutions can work for certain use cases, but I would recommend conducting thorough performance validation, reliability testing, and lifecycle cost analysis before large-scale deployment. In my view, the value proposition depends heavily on the specific application, integration requirements, and tolerance for hardware refresh cycles. I’m sharing this feedback transparently because I believe organizations benefit from clear technical due diligence. At the same time, I am actively seeking new opportunities and would welcome the chance to contribute my engineering skills to a team where product quality, innovation, and long-term reliability are top priorities.
