      Cons

      Old timers who have been forever impede new comers to secure their own career paths. Too many processes. Not easy to break through glass ceiling.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
