Pros
Qualcomm is a fortune 500 company where most people are very professional, and usually talented. The company is always interested in pushing the limits of wireless and has a strong background in research
Cons
Most of the people in upper management have been with Qualcomm from over 20 years ago. The churn is not too high as a result there isnt a lot of new ideas and fresh blood coming in at that level.
