      Latest technology work and lower experienced engineers will have option to diversify by moving internally

      Cons

      Top is heavy, most of the lower level work is getting out sourced. Due to many leaders in team, innovation is gone and execution is becoming more which can be easily replaceable by outsourcing. Contribution of individual ppl is not tracked properly.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
