Pros
Insurance premiums are paid for you and your family. 401k match is pretty good. Vacation plans are good.
Cons
Workload is totally overwhelming. Benefits have really decreased in last few years. Reviews and salary increases are now only once a year and are very low. The last two cutbacks have more than doubled our workloads. No approved overtime, but work has increased. Used to be a wonderful place to work and you felt so appreciated and valued. No longer. No balance of work and family life. Morale for entire IP department is rock bottom. Most of us are looking elsewhere. Quality of work will be declining due to increased workloads.
