Pros
I think if you are a R&D engineer. You can work very happy for focus on your job. You can co-work with other country and learn more things. Some managers are very smart and good for employee.
Cons
Policy didn't do very clear. Some managers or are very good but some are not. Some managers and employee just want to be a idle officer and always push their job to other people or other departments. It's very common on Fab B and Fab C. I hate this very much.
