Pros
Worked in corporate R&D. Work hours are flexible and reasonable. No need to sit 9-6. There are many intriguing people, who have great background and knowledge about the work being done. Interesting "360 degrees" evaluation system.
Cons
Food choices are so-so. Company is investing on some not-so-promising technologies. Even in research, you might be assigned to jobs you're not very knowledgeable of.
