      Pros

      For an Engineer I was getting around 40K bonus each review cycle. Best part of working in Qualcomm is two review cycle each year. This keep you on track. Good timeoff.

      Cons

      Relatively less smart people and more mass hiring.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
