The review is respect to QCT -Colleagues are friendly. -Has reviews twice a year -Management is not informed if you are trying to switching internally until you get an offer. -Better Work/Life Balance -Exposure to bring-up
Cons
-Not much challenging work -Attitude of finger pointing to other teams while resolving borderline issues. -Political in nature. Promotions are given more to favorites rather than on merit. This largely affected the morale of the team I was in and overseen the departure of great talent both internally and externally. -Not enough ownership is handed to engineer. -Lots of redundant teams doing the same work.
