Pros

Get to work on new technology, skills and products in the mobile space. Very good on job training and a immense library and training resources. Good work and life balance in some divisions.

Cons

Promotions and career growth considerations are mostly on how much you can market yourself and communicate your work and accomplishments with cross functional teams in your organization. This might be true in most big corporations. Non-core business divisions are ill funded in R&D and not a very cooperative environment between divisions. Lot of upper management have been with the company very long compared to other companies, that impedes career growth and more work per engineer at lower levels with the resource and budget constraints.

Pros

Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

Cons

Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
