Pros
Good benefits, lots of training programs, surrounded by bright people, mostly cutting edge stuff. Facilities are well structured with breakrooms, office space, etc.
Cons
Can get lost in the crowd. Unless you a mover in your field (e.g. robotics, games), you are like a pachinko ball (pinball) hoping to land in an exciting group. There is a move afoot to move towards all cubicles. No pension.
