Culture of collaboration. However, consensus based decisions will slow down the org. Strong financial performance. Great benefits and decent work / life balance
Cons
Career growth is limited. A bit afraid that the attitude of "what we did before " will work moving forward. I haven't seen management truly embrace a new business model but are rather depending on licensing as the profit engine
