      Food onsite, work experience, location.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance, constant execution, aggressive deadlines, overlapping/simultaneous projects, 4 times per week onsite, unnecessary meetings. Because of constant push, values are out the window.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
