Pros
1) Good Salary, even as a fresher, best in telecommunication domain 2) Good exposure to a lot of cut-edge technologies, esp in mobile domain 3) If you are lucky, few people are very helping and polite in solving all your doubts
Cons
1) Culture has went bad over recent years and a lot of work overload is being faced by employees, work life balance completely lost. Also politics among teams has led to an adverse work distribution among employees. 2) Only testing and debugging work given to freshers, hardly any development work done, bad esp for people with CS background 3) Salary hikes are pretty bad compared to other companies in the same salary domain. 4) Collaborating with US guys is a big issue, you have to work and collaborate till late hours everyday, which leads to a very bad work-life balance and you just cant feel free even after coming home
