Pros
Bengaluru is just full of execution. There are way too many projects that happenen in parallel and not enough people to execute them , So you basically get stuck doing the same thing repeatedly and hardly get time to even think about innovation.
Cons
WLB sucks and management knows about it and absolutely does nothing to improve
